Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain privileged access security solutions across enterprise environments
* Manage privileged account onboarding, access controls, and lifecycle processes
* Configure and support credential vaulting, password management, and secrets protection capabilities
* Monitor, audit, and optimize privileged access activities to enhance security and compliance
* Integrate access security platforms with infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and identity systems
* Troubleshoot access-related issues, platform performance concerns, and system integrations
* Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation standards
* Partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to identify risks and implement secure access solutions
* Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives through reporting and control validation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
* Relevant security or cloud certifications are a plus
* Experience supporting privileged access, identity management, cybersecurity, or related security engineering functions
* Hands-on experience with enterprise access security, credential management, and secrets protection technologies
* Strong understanding of access controls, privileged account governance, authentication, and security best practices
* Experience integrating security platforms with directories, cloud services, applications, databases, and enterprise infrastructure
* Working knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, networking, databases, and modern enterprise environments
* Experience with automation, scripting, APIs, or infrastructure-as-code practices
* Ability to create clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and process workflows
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Familiarity with cloud security, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
