Job description

Leadership Development Program
Sepire  |  Burr Ridge, Illinois  |  sepire.com
Full-Time  |  Multiple Openings  |  Recent Graduates Welcome
This is not a training program. This is the beginning of a career.
Most entry-level jobs ask you to learn one thing and do it over and over. This is not that.
Sepire is a fast-growing, technology-enabled communications company serving some of the most regulated industries in the country. We are building something, and we are looking for two or three sharp, hungry, recent college graduates who want to grow with us from day one.
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for people who are curious about business at a whole level, who want to understand how strategy, technology, operations, sales, and client service connect, and who are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute meaningfully while they learn. Over your first two years you will work across departments, take on real projects, and build the kind of cross-functional knowledge that most people spend a decade trying to get.
What You Will Actually Do

During your first two years, you will rotate through departments and projects across the business. You will not be a passive observer. You will be assigned real work, real responsibilities, and real accountability. Some of what you work on will matter to the company immediately.

  • Work alongside leaders in Technology, Sales, Client Services, and Operations to understand the business from every angle
  • Take on projects tied to immediate business needs, often playing a pivotal support role in initiatives that have direct impact
  • Learn how Sepire's technology platform, CompliChain, works and how it creates value for clients in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, and insurance
  • Develop your understanding of how enterprise clients are won, served, and retained
  • Contribute to the company's growth in a hands-on way, not from the sidelines
  • Identify where your skills and interests align best, so that your long-term career path reflects both what you are good at and what you genuinely enjoy

Where This Can Take You

At the end of your rotation period, your career path will take shape based on where you have shown the most strength, passion, and fit. The four tracks below are all realistic outcomes for the right person.
 TTechnology
Work alongside our engineering and product teams on the CompliChain platform and client-facing technology solutions. Ideal for people who are energized by systems, automation, and how technology creates business value. SSales
Build client relationships and help grow Sepire's enterprise pipeline with financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and other regulated businesses. Ideal for people with strong communication skills and a competitive drive. CSClient Services
Own the client experience from onboarding through delivery. Work directly with some of the most sophisticated organizations in the country to ensure every project is executed flawlessly. Ideal for people who thrive on accountability and relationships. OPOperations
Be at the heart of the business, where production, fulfillment, quality, and logistics come together. Ideal for people who love problem-solving, process improvement, and making things run better.

Who We Are Looking For

There is no single major, GPA cutoff, or prior industry experience required. What matters most is the kind of person you are and what you bring to the room.
 Genuinely curious
You ask why things work the way they do and you actually want to know the answer.High energy
You show up ready to contribute. You do not wait to be told what to do next.Coachable
You take feedback well and use it. You are not fragile about being wrong. Team-oriented
You understand that winning here is a group effort and you are energized by that.Adaptable
You can shift gears, take on something new, and figure it out without shutting down.Ambitious
You want a career, not just a job. You are thinking about where you want to be in five years.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (recent graduates and May/December completers welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Burr Ridge, Illinois
  • Genuine interest in business, technology, or client-facing work
  • A work ethic that does not require a lot of hand-holding
