Job description

Restaurant Leadership Development ProgramCertified Trainer Team Leader Director

Pay:$16.50-$30.00 per hour

Compensation:$16.50-$30.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and leadership progression. Full-time team members have the opportunity to earnup to $65,000 annually.

Certified Trainer

Each step provides additional leadership responsibilities, professional development, and opportunities for increased compensation.

What You'll Do

As part of our leadership team, you will:

Lead shifts while creating an exceptional guest experience

Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members

Train new employees using Chick-fil-A standards

Maintain excellence in food safety and food quality

Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory

Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality

Help identify and develop future leaders

Lead teams of 25-35 Team Members during each shift

Support an overall restaurant team of more than 100 Team Members

Demonstrate servant leadership by putting people first

What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

High level of integrity and professionalism

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to motivate and develop others

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Passion for serving others and creating remarkable guest experiences

College degree preferred but not required
