Perfect Summer Job for Preschool Teachers & Early Childhood Educators

Are you a preschool teacher, early childhood educator, or daycare professional looking for a fun and meaningful summer job?

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Camp Counselors & Coaches to work with young campers ages 46 across the Bay Area. This role is ideal for educators who love working with young children and want to spend their summer outdoors, active, and making a positive impact.

About the Role

As a Camp Counselor for ages 46, you will help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where young campers are introduced to baseball and softball through age-appropriate games and activities.

You do not need advanced sports experiencewe provide all training and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage campers ages 46 in small group settings
  • Lead age-appropriate games, activities, and basic sports instruction
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Support camper social development, teamwork, and confidence
  • Manage transitions, routines, and group behavior
  • Communicate positively with campers, parents, and staff
  • Collaborate with Site Director and fellow counselors
Qualifications

  • Experience working with children ages 36 (required)
  • Background in early childhood education, child development, or teaching is a plus

Schedule & Commitment
  • MondayFriday (~8-hour days)
  • Camps run weekly from June 8 August 14, 2026
  • 35 week commitment preferred
