Help update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, process guides, and standard operating procedures. Assist with IT service management activities, including incident, change, request, and asset management processes. Participate in technology troubleshooting, issue documentation, reporting, and problem-resolution efforts underappropriate supervision. Support reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, or data-qualityprojects as assigned. Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, compliance, automation, scripting, workflow, or process improvement initiatives based on department needs. Organize project findings and communicate progress, questions, or barriers while collaborating with technical and business partners. Present a summary of your projects, accomplishments, outcomes, and key learnings at the conclusion of the assignment.What You Bring Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, ora related field.
