Compassion with a local touch! CNA Requirements:CNAs work at the direction of the Director of Nursing according to scheduled duties.CNAs meet resident's needs by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and feeding.Participate in planned in-services and on-going educational training.Clean specific common areas as needed.Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to the Director of Nursing or the nurse on duty for an emergency.Answer call lights/pendant alarms promptly.Keep residents' rooms clean and safe.CNAs assist or provide tray service to room.
