Swim Instructor (Paid Training + $26–$29/hr) – Work with Kids

Fun, active job helping kids build confidence and life-saving skills

AquaTech Swim is hiring Children’s Swim Instructors for our Alameda campus. If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and being part of a positive team, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

No experience required — we provide fully paid, hands-on training.

Schedule OptionsYear-Round Positions
  • Weekdays: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Weekends: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 1:55 PM – 7:55 PM
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week
  • Must be available for at least one weekend day (both preferred)

Summer-Only Positions (May–September)
  • We are currently not hiring summer only applicants at this time.

  • Positive attitude and team mindset
  • Experience with kids, sports, or teaching is a plus (not required)

Work Environment
  • Warm indoor pool (89–92°F)
  • Active role — standing, moving, and engaging throughout shift
  • Working on a wet pool deck
  • Lifting/supporting children (20–50 lbs)
