We are looking for a Sales Planning Analyst - Off-Road Vehicles to play a key role in improving demand and sales planning processes, influence strategic decisions through data analysis, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment, develop your analytical skills and business intelligence expertise, and be part of a team committed to a culture of continuous improvement. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Develop, maintain, and improve a monthly demand forecasting process; Measure and analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and propose improvement plans; Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and optimize internal processes; Actively contribute to the development of the annual budget and provide updated volume projections to support financial and operational planning; Perform in-depth analyses to support strategic decision-making; Act as a driver of continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions; YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, business intelligence, or a related field; Strong attention to detail, solid logical thinking, and excellent prioritization skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Strong technical aptitude, particularly with Excel.
