A Full Schedule: of 40-hours of work per week.
Quality Projects: You will be working on residential painting projects of various sizes from home to home. The high-volume nature of this business model means plenty of variety, as you will be moving from one location to another every few days.

You will learn painting skills, safety procedures and finishing techniques at one of the company supplier locations as well as on the job as you work under the supervision of an experienced project manager.
Project Management and Top of the Line Equipment and Materials: You can expect to be given highly-specified directions for each project according to customer requests, and you will be equipped with top-of-the-line tools and materials. Communication with your manager shall take place throughout the project, day in and day out, from beginning to end.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by power-washing, scraping, sanding, and priming
• Caulking, masking windows, brushing and rolling trim
• Perform painting tasks with precision, attention to detail, and efficiently
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively team members and clients
• Follow all company safety regulations
• Uphold company values and deliver excellent customer service

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a car and valid driver's license

Pay:
$16-$20/hr plus bonuses
Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, see, talk, and hear.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
