Job Description Summary:
This position supports the Strategy and Communication team by overseeing content preparation, support for our summer Media teams, our CampLife app, and assisting with different communication points. This position will also communicate with parents and problem-solve issues in the CampLife app and contribute to the team's bigger projects. This position exemplifies the core values of Pine Cove by being Christ-centered, others-focused, and seriously fun.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
  • Communications Support
    • Assist with preparing, sending, and reporting on email campaigns and other digital communications
    • Oversee the thank you card process
    • Support all marketing virtual event communication needs
    • Perform updates to the website
  • Content Preparation
    • Use templates to create marketing & communications assets
    • Do research, coordination, photo sourcing, and other content prep for magazines, blog posts, and the storytelling process
    • Point person for photography asset management
  • CampLife & Summer Media
    • Prepare and publish all global CampLife content
    • User acceptance testing (UAT) for all CampLife dev work
    • Oversee CampLife summer support
    • Help prepare for and train summer media teams
  • Responsible for other tasks as directed.

Job Qualifications
  • Agrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of Faith
  • Maintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy Handbook
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws
  • Must establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviors
  • Is self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellence
  • Adjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitude
  • Possess current driver's license and able to drive company vehicles as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience on summer media or other summer staff opportunities at Pine Cove
  • Ability to multitask and keep track of ongoing tasks throughout the day
  • Encouraging and professional verbal and written communication skills
