Lift Operator - Outbound

The Lift Operator - Outbound will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This role requires proficiency in inventory management software and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

The shift is from 10:30pm to 7:30am - Monday through Friday

What You'll Do
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
  • Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss, theft, and damage.
  • Conduct periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area, ensuring proper labeling and segregation of items.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory management software and train other team members on its usage.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications, skills, abilities, and competencies

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items, if required.
