Our '26 summer interns will impact our company, teams, and advisors in many areas of our business units and functions. They will be part of a cohort of smart, ambitious, and curious contributors. Our internship program will run from the beginning of June through the end of July 2026. The '26 summer internship will be located at our Charter Capital Management LLC, in Brookfield, WI and in many of our member firms nationwide.
Our interns will work on key projects with specific goals and activities outlined by the leaders with whom they'll work in their assigned groups. They will gain a more profound knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, market insights and outlook, technology platforms, and how we provide services and support to our firms.
Our internship program is open to students from all backgrounds, and we strongly encourage those passionate about wealth management to apply. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applicants from all walks of life.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Preference to Undergraduate Juniors and Seniors
