We are looking for high-performing, passionate individuals to join a remarkable team of culinary leaders and hospitality professionals as we continue the JOEY legacy in our second location in Dallas.Opening summer 2026, with the potential to start right away at our JOEY Dallas location.

As aBartender, you are a master of your craft. You welcome guests with genuine warmth and care and engage them with yourexpertiseand curatedbeverage recommendations. You are the life of the party and others gravitate to you. Your talent is always on display and your execution istimelyand precise. The bar environment may be fast-paced and demanding, but you rise to the occasion with patience and grace.

Duties

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means!
• Assistguests with navigating our menu options. Utilize your extensive menu knowledge to recommend favorite beverage andfooditems per relevant likes, dislikes, and dietary needs.
• Create and pour cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other nonalcoholic beverages according to JOEY recipes and standards.
• Ensuretimelyandaccurateinput of orders in the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor andassistwith the delivery of guestbeverageandfoodorders.
• Prepare final guest checksin a timely mannerand run payments safely and securely.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.It'sYour Business.
• Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol salesin accordance withstate law.
• Follow all food and alcoholservice andhandling safetyprecautions andprocedures.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3+ years bartendingexperience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in adynamic,fast-paced work environment.
• Be able towalk andstand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks;andliftand carryupto50lbs.
