We Rock the Spectrum is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment to foster learning, exploration, and safe sensory experiences. We provide children with a fun and motivational environment to help them in the areas of strength, movement, sensory processing, communication, positive behavior modification, social interactions, and self-care skills. Our unique equipment assists all children in their neurological growth and development Are you energetic, caring, and love working with kids?


We Rock the Spectrum - MKE is looking for enthusiastic Summer Coach's to help create a fun, safe, and inclusive experience for children with disabilities during our summer programs.


At We Rock the Spectrum, we provide an inclusive sensory gym where kids of all abilities can explore, play, and grow. Our summer program is packed with crafts, games, sensory play, and activities designed to engage every child and create lasting memories.


Schedule:

You MUST be able to work 8:30am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday

4 days a week with the ability to pick up additional shifts as needed


About the Role As a Summer Coach, you’ll be part of a supportive team making sure every child is safe, engaged, and having fun. From sensory activities to crafts, you’ll help create a welcoming environment where kids feel valued and included. This is a great opportunity for high school and college students interested in education, special education, or working with kids!
