An Industry Leader in all lines of insurance, our client designs and places comprehensive insurance, bonding and employee benefit programs for your personal and business needs. We are looking for Technology, Automation & AI Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Support process analysis and documentation across insurance operations
  • Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows (Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools)
  • Collaborate on AI solutions such as document classification, data extraction, and chatbots
  • Help test, monitor, and document automation solutions
  • Work with internal users to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience, including internships or academic projects
  • Knowledge or strong interest in process automation and intelligent automation, including RPA and low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Make)
  • Understanding of applied AI concepts and their use in process optimization
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL is a plus)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
