Job description

Job Title: Laborer

Shift: M – F 7:00am - 3:30pm (30min lunch)

Pay: $20

Project Start Date/Length: 5/18/26 6-8wks 

Job Summary: 

Installing robotic arms on the loading docks - Install of 20 robotic arms, roughly 40 sub-stations and internal site fencing. Using power tools, pushing a broom, running materials up the elevator utilizing a pallet jack, and heavy lifting.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Install robotic arms and sub-stations on loading docks.

• Use pallet jacks to move, strap, and catalogue materials.

• Operate hand and air-powered tools to commission towers according to diagrams.

• Follow step-by-step instructions to run wiring for power supply.

Job Requirements: 

• Warehouse Experience

• Ability to work independently once trained.

• Perfect attendance and punctuality.

• Basic understanding of safety practices.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Reliability and effective team communication.

• You can lift 40-50lbs consistently.

Work Environment: 

• Most work is performed on the mezzanine and sub-mezzanine levels. 

• Will be a mix of AC and open air so it will be hot in the summer.

• Incredibly physical - a lot of walking on cement and moving around.

• Dress Attire: Jeans, safety toe shoes/boots, T-shirts are fine. Stay away from loose baggy clothing.

• PPE: High Vis Vest, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, ear plugs provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
