Job Requirements POSITION SUMMARYTo be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by: providing exceptional support to the assigned department. Partners with the assigned department to achieve project goals as assigned.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES - Assists with maintaining a clean work area.
- Assists with area clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, filing and faxing documents, reports and other materials for electronic file transition.
- May place calls to other departments or outside organizations on behalf of department to assist with coordination of department activities if requested. May be responsible for mail pickup.
- Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of area files and filing system.
- Assists other clerical staff with clerical duties as time permits.
- Shows commitment to individual and departmental Continuous Quality Improvement and organizational operational effectiveness.
- Performs other duties as requested by area supervisor and area personnel.

- Ability to read and write at high school level.

- Ability to work and maintain composure in a stressful environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during a workday.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
- Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
- Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
- May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
- Workspace may vary from open to confined.
- May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
