The Intern will assist with onsite marketing initiatives, web advertising execution, digital merchandising activities, and customer experience optimization projects. Assignments are designed to align with the intern's academic background while providing exposure to ecommerce strategy, cross functional collaboration, and day-to-day operational workflows.

As possible, a reasonable balance will be made between the intern's learning goals and the specific assignments.****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:***** Gain hands-on exposure to ecommerce merchandising strategy, execution, and operational workflows across a live ecommerce website channel Develop business and strategic thinking through ownership of evergreen onsite initiatives, customer experience reviews, and optimization recommendations Build cross-functional knowledge through collaboration with other marketing channels, campaigns, analytics, creative, and product teams. Create meaningful real-world experience by balancing operational support with strategic projects and initiative ownership rather than repetitive task-based work Work with leadership to coordinate efforts and resolve issues. Work with the department prioritizing work assignments and act as a liaison with other departments. Students graduating in May of the internship year are also eligible to participate in the summer internship.* Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Merchandising or other related field is highly preferred****TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:****Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment.

No special physical demands required.*The posted hourly rate for this internship position is based on both your education and location.Candidates possessing up to and including a high school diploma can receive either $15 or $16/hr depending on location. This rate also applies to candidates enrolled in a college program but have not yet started those studies.Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent can receive either $18 or $20/hr depending on location.
