Description:

Cherokee Town & Country Club is seeking a polished and service-driven Aqua Aerobics Instructor to join our team for the summer season at our Country Club Pool in Sandy Springs. This individual will play a key role in delivering an elevated poolside experience by leading engaging, results-driven aqua fitness classes while upholding the club’s commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

This is a seasonal position supporting our summer programming, with the opportunity to create a lasting impression on a highly engaged membership.


Compensation: $50 per class


SCHEDULE:

  • The schedule for this position is Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am.

KEY RESPONSBILITES:

  • Lead structured aqua fitness classes with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
  • Design and implement dynamic, well-balanced workouts tailored to all fitness levels
  • Provide individualized instruction, including modifications and progressions as appropriate
  • Maintain a safe and controlled environment, ensuring all participants are monitored throughout each class
  • Uphold the highest standards of poolside etiquette, cleanliness, and member engagement
  • Foster a welcoming, refined, and motivating class atmosphere aligned with private club standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Aqua Fitness Certification (required)
  • Prior experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably in a private club, resort, or luxury setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-first approach
  • Professional presence and comfort working in an aquatic environment
  • CPR/AED certification preferred
