Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist maintenance staff with general repair and upkeep projects.
  • Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and landscaping.
  • Help with painting, cleaning, and facility improvement projects.
  • Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with custodial and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and department guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by maintenance supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
