These programs provide students or recent graduates hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality operations, such as front desk, food and beverage service, event planning, and guest relations. Interns gain valuable industry skills, exposure to daily operations, and networking opportunities that can help launch their careers in hospitality. Participation in such programs often enhances a resume and can sometimes lead to a full-time job offer after graduation.
