What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Summer Hand, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Summer Hand, you need physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and basic knowledge of farm or ranch operations, often gained through on-the-job experience rather than formal education. Familiarity with tools, small machinery, and safety procedures is important, and some roles may require a valid driver's license or training in equipment operation.
