Job description

SEO & AI Search Manager
We are seeking a talented SEO & AI Search Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of organic search and AI visibility programs across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
In this role, you will develop SEO/GEO strategies that improve organic rankings, AI citation and recommendation visibility, website performance, and user experience. You will partner with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, provide data-driven recommendations, and execute solutions that drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Research
  • Develop and manage SEO/GEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, prompt research, citation analysis, and AI visibility audits.
  • Evaluate AI crawler access, structured data/schema, content opportunities, and website performance improvements.

Execution
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements, including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema markup, and content.
  • Create and optimize SEO/GEO-focused content for search engines and AI retrieval.
  • Support link-building and citation-building initiatives, including research and outreach.
  • Implement SEO recommendations and collaborate with development teams on technical improvements.

Reporting & Collaboration
  • Analyze SEO and AI visibility performance and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with content, paid media, and account teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Stay current on SEO, GEO, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and analytics.
  • Experience with AI/LLM visibility is a plus, with interest in growing expertise in GEO and AI search.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.

  • SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Majestic, or similar SEO tools
  • AI/LLM visibility or citation-tracking tools
  • WordPress, Shopify, Magento, SFCC, or other CMS platforms
