What You Will Do:
As an Engineering Intern, you'll contribute to specialized engineering domains tied to our central technical teams and future manufacturing visions. Projects may include:

  • Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA):Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions for process control.
  • Mechanical Design & Development (APS):Apply mechanical engineering mastery to develop innovative equipment (e.g., Blades & Metals, Plastics Systems, Equipment Design). Work from modeling/analysis to hands-on prototyping.
  • Converting & Packing Engineering:Assist in refining technologies for material conversion and high-speed packaging, including packaging group projects.
  • Manufacturing Process Development (MPD):Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes, assist in material/format validation, optimize production lines, and support supplier management.
  • Instrumentation & Metrology:Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and measurement accuracy.
  • Robotics Engineering:Contribute to developing and integrating robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
  • Environmental & Civil Engineering:Support sustainable solutions, site infrastructure, and environmental compliance projects.

Required:

  • Education:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials Science, Packaging Science, Environmental, Civil).
  • Academic Standing:Anticipated graduation date betweenWinter 2027 and Spring 2029(rising Juniors/Seniors).
  • Project Mindset:An eagerness to contribute to projects, learn about managing timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
