ABOUT THIS ROLE
Kibo is seeking a Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst to support core FP&A processes, including OpEx budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and global consolidations. Partnering closely with Commercial and R&D leadership, you will evaluate spend efficiency, collaborate with accounting on month-end close, and build executive-level KPI reporting. By leveraging modern AI tools alongside dynamic Excel modeling, you will streamline financial workflows and deliver actionable analytics to steer key business decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Drive operational expense budgeting & forecasting, variance analysis, and global financial consolidations.
• Partner with Commercial and R&D leadership to build functional budgets, evaluate spend efficiency, and align operational targets.
• Maintain core Excel financial models while leveraging modern AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with accounting during the month-end close process to analyze monthly results, identify performance drivers, and explain variances.
• Build and deliver financial KPI packages, trend analysis reports, and routine quarterly compliance documentation.
• Support ongoing cash flow forecasting process.
• Complete ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with SaaS or E-Commerce technology within FP&A function.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Advanced Excel capabilities are preferred with a proven track record of constructing scalable, scenario-driven financial models.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, accurate, and willing to learn new skills and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions
