  • Uses email as a daily communication tool.
  • Understands and uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Understands Google Mail and Calendar
  • Monitor customer payments and citation issuance.
  • Compiles, analyzes, and applies data.
  • Use operational cameras to monitor garage operations.
  • Event Support: Direct staff to areas of need.
  • Monitor Ambassadors in the field to ensure that efficient routes are occurring.
  • Manage incoming calls from Call Center. Provide information and direct staff as needed.
  • Accurate reporting of incoming calls/citations
