Job description

Pinkbox Doughnuts is Rolling into Sandy this Summer!ย We are looking for high-energy, people-loving team members that want to build something sweet together.

About the Role

As a Doughnut Dealer at Pinkbox, youโ€™re the friendly face of the shop โ€” greeting guests, helping them pick the perfect doughnut lineup, ringing them up, and keeping the shop looking fresh and fabulous. Youโ€™ll also jump in where needed (because teamwork makes the doughnuts work).

About Us

Pinkbox Doughnuts isnโ€™t your old-school bakery โ€” weโ€™re the bold, colorful, made-from-scratch doughnut headquarters serving up 70+ Insta-worthy flavors daily, including icons like Pinky & Pooh. Our signature coffee menu is always rotating too, because we like to keep things fresh, fun, and never boring.

With 14 locations in Southern Nevada and Utah, itโ€™s no surprise that we have been voted โ€œBest Doughnuts in Vegasโ€ year after year. Tourists flock, locals stay loyal, and our doughnuts keep going viral.

If youโ€™re high-energy, love people, and can handle a little sugar-fueled chaos โ€” we want you on the team.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet every guest with good vibes + big energy as soon as they walk in
  • Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos (aka suggestive selling)
  • Know our doughnuts inside and out โ€” flavors, ingredients, and whatโ€™s hot today
  • Handle cash + card transactions accurately and confidently
  • Maintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures
  • Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and ready for action
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift
  • Support daily operations with any additional tasks assigned by management
  • Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred
  • A positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating
  • Must have a Food Handlerโ€™s Card
  • Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Standing and walking for the duration of each shift
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Constant face-to-face guest interaction (youโ€™re the star)
  • Ability to multitask, stay upbeat, and work efficiently during rushes
  • Shifts are typically 6โ€“8 hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with uniform and hygiene standards
  • Expect a fun, upbeat, high-volume environment with lots of energy
