About the Role
As a Doughnut Artist at Pinkbox Doughnuts, you bring the final "wow" factor to every doughnut. You'll create our signature designs using proprietary icing, filling, topping, and decorating techniques, ensuring every product looks amazing and meets Pinkbox standards.

Responsibilities
  • Follow decorative recipes and bakery production standards for consistency and quality.
  • Inspect all products and remove any misshapen or imperfect doughnuts (donuts)
  • Properly apply fillings, icings, and toppings
  • Follow portion controls and par levels
  • Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
  • Maintain awareness of inventory
  • Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to support the shop

Qualifications
  • Prior pastry experience required
  • Must have a County Food Handler's Card
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions
  • Decorators can expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays (most of our shops are 24/7)
  • Comply with brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies
  • Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
