This policy is common in certain industries, particularly in corporate offices, and usually runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The specifics can vary, with some companies offering half-days and others granting full days off. Summer Fridays are designed to give employees more personal time during the warmer months, which can increase productivity and job satisfaction.
