Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Marine Corps Logistics Plans (LP) Division financial management, audit readiness, and budget execution programs. You will provide financial analysis and management support to ensure accountability and transparency across Marine Corps logistics funding lines.

Location: Pentagon / National Capital Region (Hybrid)
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial management support, including budget formulation, execution tracking, and reconciliation of logistics funding accounts.
  • Support the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system transaction processing, error resolution, and reporting.
  • Assist with Marine Corps Full Financial Statement Audit preparation, Key Supporting Documentation (KSD) review, and GAO inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, status of funds reports, and variance analyses
  • Support audit and compliance activities including business process reviews, internal control management, and audit support documentation.
  • Reconcile accounts, track unmatched transactions, and support revenue recording accuracy
  • Coordinate with HQMC Comptroller, Deputy Commandants, and Military Service Components on financial reporting.
  • Develop and deliver training to end users on financial systems and procedures.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of DoW financial management or defense budget analysis experience.
  • Direct experience with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) transaction processing, reporting, and module management.
  • Understanding of DoW audit requirements, FIAR, and financial statement audit processes.
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps financial management at HQMC or Service-level headquarters.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting tools, Excel (advanced), and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with RPA/automation tools for financial processing a plus.
  • Knowledge of GPC (Government Purchase Card) programs and oversight a plus.
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • DAWIA Financial Management certification or CDFM preferred.
