As a Summer Scholar in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. Tech Packages Summer Scholar 

  • This Summer Scholar is a technology professional who supports clients in the effective implementation and operation of technology packages. Demonstrates curiosity and problem-solving skills to assist with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include user training, data migration, upgrade management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication-leveraging technical and business insights to ensure technology packages are configured, maintained, and optimized to meet client needs. 

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product 
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics, or a related/equivalent program 
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required) 
  • You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required 
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment 

Preferred: 

  • 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred 
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in computer science, engineering, finance technology, information systems, data analytics or technology management
