This is a full-time summer internship position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.

As a Product Management Intern, you will own a real problem from day one: scope it, design a solution, and ship a working prototype using vibe coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent). What You'll Do
- Identify and scope a high-impact operational problem in mortgage servicing, lending, or data workflows
- Design a product solution: user flows, wireframes, and a concise PRD
- Build a functioning proof-of-concept using vibe coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent) - you write and ship code
- Test and iterate with real end-users inside BSI; collect structured feedback
- Hand off a production-ready spec and working POC to the engineering team for MVP development
- Present findings, demo, and roadmap to leadership at the end of the internship
- Work across data engineering, operations, and analytics teams to validate feasibility

Education and Experience
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a closely related technical field
- Demonstrated technical ability: shipped a personal project, contributed to open source, placed in a hackathon, or built something you can show us - links required in application
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or a scripting language - not just coursework
- Comfortable using AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development
- Ability to move from ambiguous problem to working prototype without hand-holding
- Strong written and verbal communication - you will present to leadership
Preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise software
- Exposure to product management concepts: user stories, PRDs, sprint planning
- Familiarity with data tools: Databricks, Power BI, Sigma, or equivalent
- Experience with low-code/no-code or rapid prototyping tools (Retool, Streamlit, v0, etc.)
- Interest in mortgage, lending, or financial services operations
