Job description

The Corporate Giving Coordinator will support the development and execution of corporate fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to generate revenue and enhance donor stewardship. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Giving, the Coordinator will help manage a portfolio of corporate partners, support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts, assist in employee engagement event execution, and contribute to strategic communications and reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional writing and organization skills, and is passionate about corporate social responsibility and nonprofit fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Giving team including scheduling, logistics coordination, deliverables, deadlines, document preparation, and Monday.com (project management).
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of corporate giving campaigns, matching gift initiatives, cause-marketing partnerships, and sponsorship fulfillment—ensuring timely communication, deliverable management, and alignment with partner expectations.
  • Identify and research prospective corporate donors, and assist in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with partners aligned to the organization’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Giving to evaluate fundraising strategies, recommend improvements, and help implement best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and ensure timely logging of interactions, deliverables, and donor communications.
  • Develop a variety of donor-facing marketing and communication materials—including sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, impact reports, thank-you letters, and recognition content—that highlight partnership value, success stories, and mission impact.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure social media promotion of partnerships.
  • Serve as a frontline representative of the Corporate Giving team at events, presentations, and meetings.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to meet attendance requirements.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate the English language effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and time constraints.
  • Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time. Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management or a related field from an accredited college or university in a related field,
  • And
  • Two-three years’ experience in fundraising, corporate relations, sales, or nonprofit development.
  • Or
  • any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable about trends in corporate social responsibility (CSR), nonprofit fundraising and best practices.
