Do you love skiing or snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking or rounds of golf in the summer? We are looking to hire Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisors to join our stellar team. Are you a people leader who can talk with just about anyone? As a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor, you will support management in overseeing the food & beverage operations and ensure established Sun Peaks Resort Standards of Service are executed professionally and consistently. Compensation Information: $22.85 to $24.75 (depending on experience)

Physical Requirement: Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

  • Minimum 5 years supervisor experience; ability and experience in leading a team in a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Food safe certified.
  • Serving it Right (Licensee).
  • Excellent knowledge of Food, Wine & Service.
  • Strong Computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good working knowledge of current WCB regulations.
  • Knowledge and adherence to SPR policies as written in the policy manual.
  • Knowledge and adherence to all junior positions and their job descriptions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Outlet while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Ensure all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
  • Responsible for maintenance and control of floats.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints.
