Compensation: $80,000 guaranteed first-year salary + uncapped commission (Top reps earn $150,000+)

Pella Windows & Doors by Horne is seeking brand representatives to join our growing team in the residential window and door replacement market. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized solutions using our industry-leading products and processes. No cold-calling, door-knocking, or canvassing. We provide you with qualified sales leads through our extensive advertising outreach.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
  • Present and sell window and door replacement solutions
  • Build rapport and deliver a personalized, consultative sales experience
  • Use proven sales processes and tools to close deals
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up effectively

Requirements:


What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in sales, customer-facing, or consultative roles
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check

Education: High school diploma required; some college a plus but not required

  • Experience with negotiation and closing techniques
