This is an hourly seasonal position located at our Napoleon, Ohio facility. The Summer Operations Support role is designed for high school and college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. The employee will rotate through or support various departments across the facility, partnering with leaders on a variety of tasks and projects. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and individual interests.

General Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all company safety, quality, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the assigned department and task
  • Support leaders and teams with a variety of projects and day-to-day tasks across different departments
  • Assist with tracking, data entry, documentation, and basic recordkeeping
  • Use computers and technology to enter information, organize data, or create simple tools and resources
  • Support future planning and improvement efforts, including streamlining processes and helping maintain established standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leaders using verbal and written communication
  • Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks or projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school or college (18 years or older)
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google tools, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage time and priorities
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for scheduled work hours, including extended hours as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
