Job description

History of Seacoast Shores Association:
Seacoast Shores is one of the most beautiful communities on Cape Cod and is comprised of nearly 1000 individual homes each of which can access the water with a short walk. Our Vision is “To Be the Most Family Friendly Community on Cape Cod”. Our Clubhouse dining room on the 2nd floor has a gorgeous western facing waterfront facility with beautiful views of the water and sunsets.
Additionally, we serve food & beverages at our large pool also on the water a few feet from our dining room.

Qualifications for the various roles:

The Front of the House Managers will have:

  • have a strong mind for customer experience and service, as well as great people and leadership skills. Applicants for this role should have one or two years of restaurant experience. Well-qualified candidates will have the following skills:
  • Point of sale system experience – The Manager is responsible for cash transactions, refunding customers, providing discounts, comping items, which requires proficiency with the restaurant’s POS.
  • Organizational skills – The Manager will often juggle many responsibilities at a time, so top-notch organizational skills and prioritization skills are critical for running successful shifts
  • Training – Will lead staff onboarding so experience teaching or training new staff is preferable
  • Leadership Skills – Keeping staff on task, motivated, and focused.
  • Line cook should have team skills and flexible schedule
  • Bartenders should have 1+ years experience and be TIPS-Certified (can be completed after hire)
  • Compensation for all roles: Very Competitive

Line cooks will have:

Company Description

Seacoast Shores is one of the most beautiful & largest communities on Cape Cod and comprised of nearly 1000 individual homes... all of which can access the water within a few blocks. The Seacoast Shores Association, Inc. ("SSAI") represents these homeowners and is responsible for overseeing the activities of SSAI. These activities are primarily centered around its members and the various SSAI assets including the Front Entrance, Beach, ROWs & the SSAI Clubhouse (“CH”) and its amenities which are at the core of a family-oriented venue for our Investment & Association Members. The CH amenities currently consist of a beautiful CH with a 2nd floor westward waterfront dining facility & outside deck, large pool & tennis court. SSAI has a singular focus of supporting the SSAI Vision – “To Be the Most Family Friendly Community on Cape Cod” – and its’ associated activities found in the Annual Calendar.
