What is needed for this job:
  • Age 18+ and have 2+ years Aquatics Fitness or Fitness Instructor experience preferred
  • Have an Aquatics Group Exercise Instructor Certification
  • Can perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen or ability to pass provided trainings
  • The ability to adapt your class/style for the members in front of you

The responsibilities we will trust you with:
  • Conducting primarily deep water workouts
  • Finding new and engaging ways to connect with our members during class
  • Instructing an effective, safe class for all abilities at the YMCA
