Job description

Temporary Summer Position | ASAP โ€“ Mid August 2026
Estimated Approximately 40 hours/week
Location: Hallandale Beach, Florida (Remote roles will not be considered)
Pay: $14-15/hour

YES USA is seeking a motivated and adaptable Summer Tech Intern to support both our administrative operations and internal technology systems during our busy summer season.
This is an ideal role for a student who has a foundational understanding of coding and enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and figuring things out independently. You do not need to be an expert developer โ€” we are looking for someone resourceful, curious, organized, and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
What Youโ€™ll Work On

This role combines light technical work with operational and administrative support. Projects may include:

  • Assisting with updates to our student portal and websites
  • Supporting Airtable organization, data cleanup, and workflow management
  • Helping build or maintain automations and integrations between platforms
  • Supporting hiring and onboarding systems
  • Updating digital handbooks and internal documentation
  • Assisting with communications systems and operational workflows
  • Troubleshooting small technical issues across platforms
  • General administrative support as needed during summer operations
Preferred Technical Background

Candidates should have a basic working knowledge of:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • Airtable or spreadsheet/database systems
  • General understanding of automations and integrations

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
  • Website builders or CMS platforms
  • APIs or integrations
  • AI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex or Anthropic Claude
  • Technical documentation or workflow design
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable switching between technical and administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and responsive during the summer season
  • Current college student or recent graduate preferred
Important Note

This is not a highly specialized software engineering role. We are specifically looking for someone practical, adaptable, and capable of learning systems quickly while helping improve internal workflows and operations.

If you enjoy figuring things out, improving processes, working with technology, and supporting a fast-moving organization, weโ€™d love to hear from you.
