A day in the life of a Summer Associate
As a Summer Associate in the Client Service team, you'll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. These connections could take the form of an hour-long phone call between the client and expert advisor, a survey, or a written research product. Throughout your workday, you will work on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decision-making. This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring you to multitask across parallel workstreams.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients' requests.
  • Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
  • Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.

  • Internship experience evidencing an interest in business is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese is required.
  • Work authorization in the United States; we do not sponsor visas but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility.
