Job description

Warehouse Associate

We're hiring Summer Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse and field teams during our busiest season. This is a hands-on, active role where you'll help deliver materials, support technicians, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a seasonal position for the summer months, with the potential to explore future opportunities with Paschal for high-performing individuals.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver parts and materials to job sites
  • Load/unload HVAC equipment and supplies
  • Support warehouse organization and operations
  • Operate company vehicles safely
  • Follow safety guidelines and team processes
What We're Looking For
  • 18+ with a valid driver's license (required)
  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in heat/cold
  • Team player with a good attitude
  • Willing to learn and work hard
Schedule
  • Full-time, seasonal (summer only)
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays (every 5th week)
