This family-owned business has been around for 60 years with over 77 stores and is continuing to grow.Position Overview:We are seeking a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly mannerAccurately process transactions using the cash register and handle paymentsStock shelves and coolers with merchandiseMaintain cleanliness of the store, including the sales floor, restrooms, and fuel pumpsMonitor fuel pumps and assist customers as neededFollow safety and security procedures, including age verification for restricted productsHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionallySkills & Requirements: Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems. Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus. Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively.
