Job description

Warehouse/Shipping Associate
This role will primarily assist in the successful movement of various products in the warehouse to meet demand, and in processing, packing, and shipping customer orders in conjunction with Warehouse, Technician, and Sales Support employees.
Your Role
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Carries orders to platforms using materials-handling equipment, ensuring they are staged in delivery order.
  • Operates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Places and organizes inventory in the warehouse by part number, size, and quantity.
  • Consolidate warehouse storage to ensure efficient use of space.
  • Packages WDPI product according to company standards.
  • Works with Operations team members to ensure department goals are met/exceeded.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
  • Assist in maintaining the warehouse's security and safety.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/Equivalency. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory, distribution, or warehouse
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, climb ladders, and move appropriately to reach items at different heights
  • Experience with a manual pick/pack environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Outlook and ERP systems
  • Forklift experience preferred
