Blackstone's Women Innovators Program is an immersive one-day experience in our Miami office that provides participants early exposure to the technology sector through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions.
Program participants will meet and interact with technology and recruiting professionals, as well as members from our Women's Initiative and Employee Resource Groups, to give an overview of our businesses and company culture. Participants will also learn more about Blackstone's Technology and Innovations Summer Analyst program opportunities.
Blackstone's Women Innovators Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2026 - Spring 2027) who are interested in exploring a technology career in the financial industry.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the 2025 Women Innovators Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027
  • Available to attend the full program in Miami on Thursday, April 3, 2025 (10AM-5PM).
