Join New York's Premier Sub-Zero Service Partner
Northeastern Appliance Service is seeking an  Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. As the exclusive service partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove throughout much of the Hudson Valley, Bronx, Brooklyn, and western Connecticut, we provide our technicians with factory training, premium customers, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium residential appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on repairs and maintenance
  • Complete accurate service documentation, maintain company equipment, and safely perform repairs in customers' homes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience ( we are open to training determined individuals )

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience servicing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using mobile technology to document repairs and complete work orders
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and pull up to 50 lbs.
