Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to clients experiencing severe emotional and psychological challenges.
• Lead crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments to manage urgent client needs, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Skillfully communicate with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship while embracing diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in the community to coordinate comprehensive care and support systems for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele facing significant mental health challenges, including those from varying cultural, socio-economic, and demographic backgrounds. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exemplifying the ability to engage clients and document care accurately.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
