The role includes providing care at the primary hospital campus with occasional coverage at a regional oncology location nearby.This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a newly constructed, comprehensive cancer center scheduled to open in Summer 2026, designed as a fully integrated outpatient oncology facility offering infusion services, exam rooms, radiation oncology, and pediatric oncology care. Qualifications / Candidate Requirements
MD or DO with subspecialty training in Radiation Oncology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology (ABR certification required)
Ability to obtain unrestricted Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA Minimum three years of post-residency experience preferred
Experience with consultations, CT simulations, treatment planning, and follow-up carePreferred experience with: Varian Linear Accelerators (TrueBeam / Edge)
Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) including Cone Beam CT Eclipse treatment planning system and ARIA record & verify system
Treatment modalities including 3D conformal therapy, SRS, SRT, SBRT, IMRT/VMAT, and HDR CT simulation technology Position Highlights / Opportunity Highlights
