POSITION Â SUMMARY
Assists Butchers and Meat Cutters prepare related product for customers. Maintains all conditions, cleanliness of the meat department.

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Wrap meat products for customers.
• Assist Butcher and Meat Cutters in the preparation of products for  customers.
• Keeps meat counter and area clean, presentable and  orderly.
• Responsible for stocking meat  items.
• Maintain meat case conditions and product ready inventory for  business.
• Stock smoked and processed meat  products.
• Process less specialized meat products such as chicken and ground  beef.
• Clean meat preparation area, fresh meat case and process meat cases as  needed.
• Maintain department conditions during all periods of business  hours.
