Anchor Co-Living provides structured, supportive sober living homes for individuals committed to rebuilding their lives. Our work is grounded in accountability, compassion, and real second chances--and we're looking for a House Manager who leads with empathy and consistency.


This role is ideal for someone experienced in sober living or recovery-focused environments who can balance operations, resident support, and team leadership while maintaining a safe, respectful home.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across sober living homes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and recovery-centered environment
  • Support residents through intakes, discharges, meetings, and day-to-day needs
  • Lead and mentor house staff and resident leaders
  • Coordinate housing assignments and work with external service providers
  • Participate in weekly outreach, marketing, and leadership meetings
  • Track documentation and resident progress using recovery software

What We're Looking For

  • Strong commitment to addiction recovery and community care
  • Experience in sober living, recovery services, or a related field
  • Background in counseling, psychology, social work, or similar preferred
  • SUDCC or CADC certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months
