Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and fast-paced manager to oversee operations at our new Subway Drive-Thru location in Smyrna, GA. This role requires a self-driven leader who can handle the demands of a busy drive-thru environment, ensure efficient service, and maintain high-quality standards.
Because this position involves consistent and timely attendance, travel between store locations, and quick response to operational needs, reliable transportation is essential. Acceptable transportation may include a personal vehicle or another dependable means of travel that ensures you can meet the scheduling and operational demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt, friendly, and accurate service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and drive-thru areas
  • Ensure compliance with Subway's operational policies and food safety standards
  • Handle inventory management, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
  • Drive team performance to meet sales and efficiency targets

PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 1 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
